"CPR" ANNOUNCES SPRING CONCERT SCHEDULE

Samson Recording Artist McKinley to Open for David Crosby-led Trio on U.S. Tour

OMAHA, NEBRASKA - CPR, a new trio led by two-time Rock 'n Roll Hall of Fame inductee David Crosby (Crosby, Stills & Nash, The Byrds), has announced the dates for a 1998 tour in support of their self-titled debut album released on the Samson Music label. Due to hit the streets on June 23, 1998, the album features a provocative, moving collection of all original songs delivered with rich, sophisticated harmonies and superb musicianship. In addition to Crosby, CPR also includes guitarist Jeff Pevar (who has toured/performed with Crosby, Stills & Nash, Ray Charles, James Taylor, Rickie Lee Jones, Carly Simon, Shawn Colvin, B.B. King, Bonnie Raitt, Jackson Browne, Michael Bolton, Kenny Loggins and many others) and keyboardist James Raymond (who also happens to be Crosby's biological son and whom Crosby met for the first time while recovering from his liver transplant four years ago).

CROSBY QUOTE?

"We're very excited to be working with a Rock 'n Roll Hall of Fame artist and his very talented bandmates in CPR" says Richard Musil, Samson Music VP of Sales & Marketing. "We have no doubt that David's fans will love this group, with their amazing harmonies and superb musicianship. We're also excited about the fact that we have an opportunity to introduce a young Samson artist to the world in the wonderful, talented McKinley, who will be opening for CPR on the spring leg of their tour." (She is currently scheduled for May dates only.)
