GOLD CIRCLE ENTERTAINMENT NAMES STEVE SELINE AS VICE CHAIRMAN, GENERAL COUNSEL

OMAHA, NEBRASKA - Norm Waitt, Jr., Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Gold Circle Entertainment, Inc., has announced the appointment of Steve Seline to the position of Vice Chairman and General Counsel for Gold Circle, its various subsidiaries and affiliated companies, which include record labels, as well as radio and television stations.

"We're pleased to announce Steve Seline's appointment to Vice Chair and General Counsel of Gold Circle," says Waitt. "He has been a long-time friend and associate going back to the early 1990s. Over the years, he has been a trusted advisor and helped manage my private investments. This move is merely an extension of that relationship."

With a combined legal/financial background and the diverse experience gained in his legal practice over the past 19 years, including a partnership in the firm of Kutak Rock, a national law firm with offices in 11 cities, Steve Seline is well-qualified to oversee Gold Circle's investment management activities. An attorney specializing in mergers and acquisitions and estate planning, Seline first met Waitt when his firm did a re-capitalization of Gateway 2000 in the early 1990s. The two formed a relationship that has continued to grow, with Seline handling a significant amount of legal work for Waitt's personal business dealings, ranging from the secondary offering of 10 million shares of Gateway stock in 1995, to the formation of Gold Circle Entertainment and, more recently, its acquisitions. In addition to continuing his management of Waitt's private investments and substantial personal investment portfolio, Seline's responsibilities include evaluating various investment strategies, tax planning and overseeing company acquisitions.
