GOLD CIRCLE ENTERTAINMENT NAMES ANNETTE SNECKENBERG AS CONTROLLER
OMAHA, NEBRASKA - Gold Circle Entertainment, Inc., has appointed Annette Sneckenberg, C.P.A., to the position of Controller it was announced by company president, Michael Delich. In her position, Sneckenberg will be responsible for overseeing all accounting functions at company headquarters, at its West Coast Operations, and for its affiliates, Waitt Broadcasting and Waitt Radio.
"Annette Sneckenberg is a disciplined accounting manager who is well-schooled in all aspects of financial management," says Delich. "She has experience in setting up and running accounting systems for both large and small companies and her experience in cash management, in particular, will help us operate more efficiently as we continue to grow."
A native Nebraskan, Annette Sneckenberg began her professional career with Peter Kiewit Sons, Inc., where she quickly gained a reputation as a problem solver. She served in various positions for the company, including an Accounting Supervisor position with the S.E.C. Reporting Department. She became a Controller for a commercial nursery in Omaha, but within a year she returned to Peter Kiewit Sons where she became involved as an investment manager for a division that became Level 3 Communications. When that operation relocated, Sneckenberg joined infoUSA as Director of Budgeting and Finance, where she helped install a new accouting system and was responsible for all forecasting. When that company downsized, Sneckenberg found another opportunity with Gold Circle Entertainment. Since joining the company in late 1998, she has been involved in incorporating recent company acquisitions into its financial management system.
